He made it clear that he can be a difference-maker on the offensive end, especially with his ability to be a shot-maker. Time after time, he was able to make big shots from outside, showing his range, his confidence, and his ability to spread out the defense. Whether it was off the dribble or catch and shoot situations, Palmer made the defense pay time after time. He also played with a great IQ and feel for the game, as well as his attitude for his teammates. Next in his development, Palmer can continue to add more levels to his game, being able to work on his quickness, footwork, and finish better as well. Coach said “Palmer has good range to his shot. He really showed his quick release and uses screens well to find his shot. The areas that I would like to see him continue to improve in is quickness, footwork, penetration ability and running the floor on both ends, creating for others, and his defensive positioning off the ball.” We have to say his attitude, acceptance of criticism, effort and team play was a A+

Be assertive as a shooting guard and get your teammates involved as well.” John is a great young athlete, is extremely talented player and a very promising young basketball player. Has the ability to be good offensively has a high ceiling but be more consistent. John is a good defender but could improve in his overall defense.

He was able to show that he can be effective down low, finish well at times, bring a strong presence defensively in the paint, and had good back to the basket moves as well as footwork. Coach said “You did a great job at the camp. Continue to work on your handles with one or two basketballs. Continue to develop your post moves around the basket and finishing through contact. Keep working on your court sense and shooting. You did a great job at the camp and keep working hard.” He needs to understand where his advantages are and use them. Very powerful but has to continue to always play with effort at all times. Stay calm and focused on your goals and work on your handles and shooting.”

He was able to operate from multiple levels, knock down shots from different settings, make an impact defensively, and show his court awareness on the floor. Next in his development, he can continue to improve his ability to get downhill, quickness, penetration ability and his footwork on the floor. Coach said “Nice all-around player. Needs to be more active on offense but rebounded very well. Work on ball handling and shooting, as well as off ball movement.” Work on finishing at the rim. As you expand your game and focuses on your weakness, your game will take off to the next level. You are very good slasher but need to work on playing off two feet when driving to the basket.
