Waiver And Refund Policy

Date of Event: April 11th, and 12th 2026

Accepting Grades: 2032 (Rising 6th) 2031 (Rising 7th), 2030 (Rising 8th), 2029 (Rising 9th), 2028 (Rising 10th), 2027 (Rising 11th) 2026 (Unsigned Seniors)

Tuition Fee: $250 The registration fee includes a uniform, reversible jersey and shorts. Registration fee also includes regional camp participation, competitive games, written player evaluation, complete set of uniforms (reversible jersey and shorts), and competing for a national camp invitation.

Payment Schedule- Camp Fees are Non-Refundable

It is the responsibility of each Phenom Parent or guardian to have their participants payments into the Phenom Basketball Office (either by mail or online) 30 days prior to the event:

  • $250+ (additional camp ADD-ONS) per participant, non-refundable deposit is due upon registration. To keep registration active, all remaining balances must be paid by the following deadlines

To provide for a successful camp, all these measures must be taken into consideration. Thank you for your cooperation.

Registration: Only players invited by Jr Phenom Regional Camp Board of Directors or National Office may attend.

Two-Day Camp Schedule (by Grade: 7th–11th)

Global Game Rules

  • 3v3 Games → Played in sets (3 games, best 2 of 3)
  • Each game: to 7 points OR 5 minutes
  • King of the Court (1v1): Quick-rotation format; winners advance; 30-min slot
  • Prizes for 1st & 2nd place in all contests (3pt, Dunk, 1v1)

Saturday (5 Hours Total, incl. 1-Hour Lunch)

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • 9:00 – 9:10 → Welcome / Check-in
  • 9:10 – 9:25 → Dynamic Stretch (all divisions)
  • 9:25 – 9:55 → Coaching Session #1 (fundamentals & team prep)
  • 10:00 – 10:40 → Pool Play – Set Round 1 (A vs B | C vs D)
  • 10:40 – 11:20 → Pool Play – Set Round 2 (A vs C | B vs D)
  • 11:20 – 12:20 → Lunch Break
  • 12:20 – 12:50 → Coaching Session #2 (defensive switches, teamwork)
  • 12:50 – 1:20 → Pool Play – Set Round 3 (A vs D | B vs C)
  • 1:20 – 1:50 → King of the Court (1v1 contest, prizes for 1st & 2nd)
  • 1:50 – 2:00 → Wrap-up / Announcements

Sunday (6 Hours Total, incl. 1-Hour Lunch)

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 9:00 – 9:10 → Dynamic Stretch
  • 9:10 – 10:25 → Bracket Semifinals (best-of-3 sets)
  • 10:25 – 11:00 → Consolation Games (3rd place, best-of-3 set)
  • 11:00 – 12:00 → Lunch Break
  • 12:00 – 12:35 → Three-Point Contest (prizes for 1st & 2nd)
  • 12:40 – 1:20 → Championship Games (best-of-3 set)
  • 1:25 – 1:45 → Awards Ceremony (division champs/runners-up, 3pt winners, King of the Court winners)
  • 1:50 – 2:30 → Dunk Contest (finale, prizes for 1st & 2nd)
  • 2:30 – 3:00 → Photo Ops / Camp Closing
