In today’s extremely competitive basketball arena and with colleges evaluating and recruiting younger and younger talent every year, the importance of national exposure in junior high is greater than ever. However, young players and their parents need to understand what it will take in order to make it to the college and professional levels. For the past 15 years, the National Invitational Junior Phenom Camp has proven to be greatest exposure event in the country, but not everyone can attend. In order to play with and against the top players in the United States, you must first prove that you are worthy of that opportunity. Like everything in life, you must show that your skills, attitude and potential are deserving of that chance. As such, all players must attend a regional camp in their area of the country and be handed an invitation by the Regional Director in order to attend the National Junior Phenom Camp. The Junior Phenom Camp is “Where the Player becomes Known”.
TOP REASONS TO ATTEND:
1. A chance to prove you are an elite player in your region
2. A chance to measure your skills against players in your region
3. A chance to earn an invitation to the National Junior Phenom Camp in San Diego, CA
4. Opportunity to begin or enhance exposure
5 . Receive a written evaluation of your performance to help you improve your game
6. Quality of instruction and daily drills
7. Equal playing time for every player in camp
8. Phenom apparel
9. Have fun playing basketball at a great weekend camp event
For this camp we will be accepting: Jr. Boys – Current Grades 4-8
Welcome to the Northwest’s FIRST ever Regional Phenom Camp, put on by Coach Winston Brooks. Coach Winston is a well respected AAU coach through out the country.
